my key to consistency

I used to think consistency was about showing up every day.

But that definition never felt completely true to me. And I think I figured out why.

To be truly consistent with something, you have to be curious about it.

The best developers I know, the most mature, sought-after people, they’re all incredibly curious about their craft. Not just disciplined. Curious.

Same with me. I never learn things I’m not curious about. But when I am curious, I learn absurdly fast. Like my brain switches gears.

Maybe the best cheat code for learning anything is just genuine curiosity. Because when you’re curious, consistency becomes effortless.
